General Dosage

200-600mg oregano oil capsules daily (standardized to 60-80% carvacrol) for 7-14 day courses

Maximum dose: Use for short courses (7-14 days) at recommended doses; not for continuous long-term use

Timing: Between meals for antimicrobial effect; with food if GI irritation occurs
