General Dosage

2000-4000 IU (50-100mcg) vitamin D3 daily with a fat-containing meal

Maximum dose: 4000 IU/day (tolerable upper intake level); up to 10,000 IU/day used clinically under supervision

Timing: With the largest fat-containing meal of the day for optimal absorption • Take with food for best absorption.
