General Dosage

5-10 g daily, taken post-exercise or split into multiple doses

Maximum dose: 30 g/day in divided doses; well tolerated even at high doses in clinical settings

Timing: Take within 30 minutes post-exercise for immune support; split doses throughout the day for gut health
