General Dosage

200-500mg standardized magnolia bark extract daily, or 250mg Relora 2-3 times daily

Maximum dose: 750mg/day Relora or 500mg/day concentrated magnolia extract (limited data above these levels)

General recommendation: 200-500mg standardized magnolia bark extract daily, or 250mg Relora 2-3 times daily

Timing: For stress: divided doses throughout the day. For sleep: single dose 30-60 minutes before bed.
