General Dosage

300-600mg daily on an empty stomach

Maximum dose: 1200mg/day (doses used in clinical trials; higher doses may cause GI issues)

Timing: On an empty stomach 30 minutes before meals for best absorption; split into 2 doses if using 600mg+
