General Dosage

4g myo-inositol daily (often combined with 400mcg folic acid)

Maximum dose: 4g daily is the standard therapeutic dose; doses up to 12g have been studied for other conditions (OCD, panic disorder) but are not standard for PCOS

Dosage Recommendations

General recommendation: 4g myo-inositol daily (often combined with 400mcg folic acid)

Timing: Divided into 2 doses — 2g in the morning and 2g in the evening; dissolved in water or juice
