General Dosage

600-1,200mg micronized PEA daily, in 2 divided doses

Maximum dose: Up to 1,200mg/day has been used in clinical trials; no dose-limiting toxicity has been identified

Timing: Take with meals to enhance absorption of this lipophilic compound; split into 2 daily doses • Take with food for best absorption.
