General Dosage

1-6mg once weekly (off-label longevity dose; prescription required)

Maximum dose: 6mg/week for longevity protocols (daily dosing at transplant doses causes immunosuppression)

Timing: Once weekly dosing (not daily) is used in longevity protocols to allow mTOR reactivation between doses, minimizing immunosuppressive effects
