General Dosage

1-2 tablespoons gel (about 4-8g) or 1-2g powder daily

Maximum dose: 4 tablespoons gel or 4g powder daily (higher doses risk excessive iodine intake)

Timing: Can be taken any time of day; commonly added to morning smoothies or meals • Take with food for best absorption.
