General Dosage

1-3g daily with a meal containing fat

Maximum dose: 4g/day (higher doses studied safely but offer diminishing returns; doses above 3g rarely needed)

Dosage Recommendations

Timing: With breakfast or lunch for best absorption; evening dosing acceptable but may cause mild GI discomfort if taken on an empty stomach • Take with food for best absorption.
