General Dosage

500-2,000 GDU daily (200-800mg), taken between meals for systemic effects

Maximum dose: Up to 2,400 GDU/day (960mg) has been used in clinical trials without significant adverse effects

Dosage Recommendations

General recommendation: 500-2,000 GDU daily (200-800mg), taken between meals for systemic effects

Timing: Take on an empty stomach (30 min before or 2 hours after meals) for systemic anti-inflammatory action
